Where does Pascoe & Company get its inventory?
Our buyers travel extensively throughout the world acquiring rare pieces and entire collections.
We maintain the largest inventory of Royal Doulton figurines, character jugs, Bunnykins,
flambé, series ware and art pottery anywhere in the US.

How will my item be shipped?
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS.
In the checkout process, the various methods offered will be shown to you. You will be able
to select the method which best suits you.

Will my item be insured?
Insurance is included in our shipping charges. You could choose not to insure a piece but it
will not affect the price of our shipping charge.

Will I have to pay tax?
A sales tax of 7% will be applied to every sale shipped within the state of Florida, USA.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?
If you live outside the United States of America your shipments are subject to import charges
applied by your country. Please check with your local customs office what these charges will be
as every country has its own rules and regulations concerning duty charges.

Yes. Our online shopping cart is secure. We use substantial security measures (including
encryption) to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used in our systems.

How do I know I'm getting a perfect piece?
| Every item that enters our Receiving Department is inspected for chips, cracks or restorations. We will always inform our customers the condition of the piece prior to the sale. We will never knowingly sell you a piece as perfect if that is not the case. |

If you do receive a piece deemed perfect by Pascoe and Company and it does not meet your
expectations, please contact your sales person within 15 days of its arrival.

What is the extent of the restoration?
We use the best restorers available to bring damaged Royal Doulton pieces back to life. These are
master restorers who have been exclusively dealing with Royal Doulton pieces for years.
If you wish to know the extent of restoration of a particular piece, please contact your sales
person as each piece has its own individual history.

I received a damaged piece. What do I do?
Please contact your sales person within 15 days of arrival.

Is my piece restored?
We strive in customer satisfaction. We will never knowingly sell you a restored piece without
previously informing you of the extent of the restoration.
If you suspect we shipped you a restored piece in error, please contact your sales representative
within 15 days of arrival.

What is the refund policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact your sales person within 15 days from
receiving your piece and we will be glad to offer an even exchange when available or a full
refund.

How much is my piece worth?
Many things affect the value of a particular piece. These include: condition, age, desirability, designer, etc.
We cannot provide valuations or information on pieces not currently in our inventory. Your best bet is to inquire with a a local antiques dealer regarding reputable appraisers in your area.
